At Vsling Archery, we stand behind the quality of our Vsling™ product line. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and terms for items purchased from our store.
Warranty Coverage
All Vsling™ products (Bow Sling, Bino Sling, Crossbow/Gun Sling) come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Important Terms
- Limit: One warranty claim per customer
- Coverage Period: 1 year from date of purchase
- Eligible Products: Vsling™ Bow Sling, Vsling™Bino Sling, Vsling™ Crossbow/Gun Sling
What's Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:
- Structural failures
- Material defects that affect product performance
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper storage
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Damage from accidents or improper maintenance
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Your order number or receipt and date of purchase
- Photos of the defective item
- A description of the issue
We'll review your claim within 3-5 business days and provide instructions for return or replacement if approved.
